1. Service Overview
 

•  PetZaade Style provides professional doorstep grooming services for pets through verified and trained groomers.
•  The company acts as a service platform connecting customers with independent grooming professionals.
 

2. Booking & Confirmation
 

•  Bookings can be made through the PetZaade Style app or official website.
•  Once a booking is confirmed, customers will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation.
•  Customers must ensure correct details (address, contact number, pet type, etc.) are provided. Incorrect information may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
 

3. Service Time & Availability
 

•  Service slots are available based on groomer availability and location.
•  In case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, etc.), customers will be notified in advance.
 

4. Payments
 

•  All payments must be made online via the app using the approved payment gateway.
•  Prices are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise mentioned.
•  Additional charges may apply for large pets or special grooming requests.
 

5. Cancellation & Refunds
 

•  Cancellations are governed by the PetZaade Style Cancellation & Refund Policy.
•  Please refer to that policy for detailed rules on timing, charges, and refunds.
 

6. Groomer Responsibilities
 

•  All groomers are background-verified and trained.
•  Groomers must maintain hygiene, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
•  Any misconduct or issue must be reported immediately to PetZaade Support.
 

7. Customer Responsibilities
 

•  The customer must ensure the pet is healthy, vaccinated, and safe to handle.
•  Provide a clean and safe space with water and electricity for grooming.
•  Supervise the pet during service to prevent injuries or accidents.
•  Aggressive or uncooperative pets may lead to service refusal without refund.
 

8. Liability
 

•  PetZaade Style and its groomers take utmost care of your pet, but we are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or medical condition arising naturally or due to pre-existing issues.
•  Customers are advised to disclose any medical conditions or allergies before service.
 

9. Offers & Promotions
 

•  Discount codes, referral rewards, and coupons are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn anytime without prior notice.
 

10. Privacy Policy
 

•  PetZaade Style values your privacy.
•   We collect minimal personal data required for booking, payment, and service tracking.
•   All data is handled per the Indian Data Protection Guidelines.
 

11. Modification of Terms
 

•  PetZaade Style reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
•  Updated terms will be posted on the app and website. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
