Refund and Cancellation Policy

At PetZaade Style, we strive to provide the highest quality pet grooming services and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations
   
• You may cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge.
   
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service amount.
   
• No-Shows
   
• If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
   

In rare cases where PetZaade Style needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, emergencies), you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided if a new appointment cannot be arranged.

• Unsatisfactory Service
  If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial or full refund, a free follow-up session, or service credit based on the case.
   
• Prepaid Appointments
  If you cancel an appointment with 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
   
• Packages and Subscriptions
  Refunds for unused portions of grooming packages or subscriptions will be considered on a pro-rated basis, minus any discounts applied.
